Privacy policy
Cuelyst (“we”) is operated by Om Gajipara, a sole proprietor based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website or join the waitlist, and what we do with it. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Your role and when your next interview is, only if you choose to tell us.
- How you found us (a campaign tag such as
utm_source, if the link you followed had one) and your country, from your connection. - A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop spam and abuse. We never store the IP address itself.
- Anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, referrer, browser type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you.
Why we use it
- To email you about early access, your launch discount and the product launch.
- To understand who is interested in Cuelyst, in aggregate.
- To protect the waitlist from spam and automated sign-ups.
We don’t sell your information, share it for advertising, or send you unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
The website and waitlist run on Cloudflare (hosting, database, spam protection with Turnstile, and analytics). Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf. When we send launch emails, we’ll use an email delivery provider bound by similar terms.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after launch, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Spam-protection hashes are deleted after 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Write to helpdesk@cuelyst.com and we’ll respond within 7 days.
Grievances
Contact Om Gajipara at helpdesk@cuelyst.com. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
About the Cuelyst app
This policy covers the website and waitlist. The Cuelyst app will have its own privacy policy before launch. As we’ve described: audio is never recorded, interview content isn’t stored on our servers, and your resume and history stay encrypted on your PC.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above, and email waitlist members about any significant change.
